  • Compliance with all statutory formalities and fostering all responsibilities like Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance, Mediclaim, Personal Accident Insurance and other employee benefit schemes.
  • Issuance of Pay Slip for the benefit of the employee, as it may help them to acquire various types of bank loans and other facilities.
  • Bearing the entire responsibility of termination and handling legal obligation or any sort of litigation, if arises, on or after termination.
  • Maintaining all Books and Registers as demanded by the Audit Bodies and Department of Labour.

BILLING PROCEDURE AND MODE OF OPERATIONS

First, you will be fixing up the salary of the staff, and the proportional allocation of the same. Accordingly be preparing Salary sheet and raising the Invoice, adding our Service Charge and Service Tax Accordingly. After the necessary amendments, you will be issuing us the Cheque, Latest by 3rd of the month. We will be paying the salary latest by 5th of every month, in Corporate Salary / “At Par” Cheque / Cash, at your office premises.

We will be subsequently depositing the PF and ESI of the same employees and handover the Acknowledged Challans to you.
